Safe for staff, students, and parents/guardians to enter and store data.
Service conditions met: Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Prairie Spirit Open Security Scan (OSS) and Service Organization Control report (SOC 2)
LEVEL 2A: USE WITH CONSENT and SIGN IN WITH PRAIRIE SPIRIT ACCOUNT
Teachers may direct students to these services to view content or create a product.
Students will login using their Prairie Spirit account. Parents/guardians must provide consent prior to student use.
Always avoid sharing unnecessary personal information.
LEVEL 2B: USE WITH CONSENT or USE WEB ALIAS
Teachers may direct students to these services to view content or create a product.
Students must use an unidentifiable web alias to sign in, OR;
If the student will store data or enter personal information, parents/guardians must provide consent for each service prior to student use. Always avoid sharing unnecessary personal information.
LEVEL 3: WEB ALIAS ONLY
Teachers may direct students to these services to view content or create a product.
Students must use an unidentifiable web alias to sign in.
Data stored here may be vulnerable to theft or misuse. Students must not store personal data here.
LEVEL 4: DO NOT USE
Do not access under any circumstances.
Sites may be malicious or compromised (malware, controlled by third-party with ill intent).
